peterhof (not hasselhoff) palace

for our excursion last saturday we went to the peterhof palace.

and holy shnikeys. it was gorgeous.

i think i took about a hundred thousand pictures of various statues and fountains.

and they were having some sort of celebration gala type thing later when we went, 

so don't mind the stages in some of the photos.

and also. please note the gray skies.

st. petersburg is a cold place.

and it's not even winter yet.

i think in a couple of months i might be reminiscing

on how i spent last winter on the beaches of oahu.

i think i say this every post, but this place is seriously uhh-maze-ing.
